I have recently relocated to Doha, Qatar. My background is MBBS degree holder from Bangladesh.

In addition to one year internship experience, I also have six months of experience as medical officer in a specialized oncology treatment hospital and about a year long experience as a resident medical officer (RMO) in the Neurosurgery department of Square hospital, one of the pre-eminent hospital in Bangladesh.

My queries are:

I'll appreciate it if anyone of you kindly explain me the basic steps required to pursue a similar profession in the medical sector here in Qatar. Through my initial search, I understand that eligibility prerequisite is passing a 'prometric' operated examination. If anyone with experience can elaborate, that'll be a big help. Also, does dropping CVs to hospital admin offices sound like a productive idea?
