To whom it may concern,
I am an Accountant with almost 5+ years of working experiance in Accounting & Finance.
From my previous role in the accounting function, I’m capable of carrying out multiple responsibilities, where I have gained a holistic understanding of the overall accounting function from basic invoicing, payments, Reports to various aspects. Such as
- Manage Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, payroll, financial statements and compliance audits.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (SOFP, SOCI, SOCE, Cash flows).
- Preparation of reconciliations & schedules for the financial on monthly/ YTD the basis for review.
- Keep Good Relationship with Suppliers & Customers for future benefits.
- Update the Payroll, Depreciation, Lease & Gratuity entries to the accounts.
- Filing of VAT Returns and payments made before the tax deadline.
- Update the Payroll, Depreciation, Lease & Gratuity entries to the accounts.
- Accessing to Quick Books and accomplish the accounts with a guidance of IAS/IFRS/SLRS.
- Prepare salary / lease / loan schedules for the accounts.
- Timely recording of transactions in General Ledger and various sub-ledgers of the accounting system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in ERP software packages.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft office software packages.
- FRS/IAS Update.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to create a competitive advantage.
