Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with 5+ years of experience in Qatar & 3 years of experience in Sri Lanka having experience in take-off quantities, preparation of bills of quantities, tender documentation, Subcontractor selection, preparation of valuations, estimates, final accounts, and progress reports of building and preparing payment certificate.

I am currently working at Pentagram Interior Design & Contracting (UCC) since 2019.

Professionally Qualified Quantity Surveyor and Estimator (Major in Civil-Structural & Fit-Out) with over 8 years of Local & International experience (5+ years in Gulf – Qatar) in both pre- and Post Contract Cost Management.
My Career in the Gulf is followed by diversified experience in High-End VVIP Residential (Royal Palaces, Villas, Majlis), High-End Recreational Buildings & Luxury Commercial Facilities including Exterior & Landscape Works.
