    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

·         Windows Server Installation/ Configuration/ Administration, Active Directory, Backup, Remote administration, wireless Technologies.

 

·         Assembling, configuration, installing and Hardware Troubleshooting on Desktop systems

 

·         Installation and configuring different servers

 

·         Coordinating the operations with vendors for resolving issues with minimum impact.

 

·         Monitoring all network devices and generate reports and backups periodically.

 

·         Configuring, installing and Troubleshooting Printer (Local and Network), Scanner, Modems

 

·         Worked on various Cisco Routers(2901) and Switches (3560,3550)

 

• Implementing various Security authentication mechanisms for wireless devices. 

 

·         Attending daily status report and incident management calls.

 

·         Managing and Troubleshooting User accounts issue, Login issue and Internet issue

 

·         Troubleshooting issues related to Access Points.

 

·         Checking IT Support Issues by visiting a customer’s desk and Resolving the problems

 

·         Perform on going system testing ,test analysis , troubleshooting , test report ,and recommendation for changes and upgrades

 

·         Basic deployments and Layer2 Troubleshooting of IP Phones issues.
