For job Preferably wakrah/Airport area Duties: Provide healthcare and comfort to patients at their residences. Evaluate nursing assessment prior to providing in-home care. Make changes if necessary in in-home nursing care as per physician’s orders. Evaluate and document physiological, psychological cognitive status of the patients Monitor blood pressures, temperatures and vital signs at regular intervals. Educate and instruct patients, patients’ family or other staff in in-home patient care delivery. Plan and implement nutrition-based diet plan for patients in consultation with physicians. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering in-home care to patients Keep up to date with current trends and knowledge in providing quality healthcare to patients. Create and initiate innovative solutions that lead to high-quality patient care. Perform other duties as assigned
