Description

•    Supervising day –to-day site operations.  Ensuring timeliness in schedule and maintaining a punch list of to do and accomplished work.  Developing the Bill of Materials for the completion of work.  Project reporting, Site Co-ordination, Client meeting presentation and Team supervision.  Monitor consumption of materials with respect to the ordered materials.  Maintaining a system of documentation for monitoring the productivity of teams.  Ensuring that approved method statements are available explaining the method statements to the foreman and charge handle while maintaining proper documentations for records.  Ensuring that inspection request (RFI) are raised for the consultant and the client inspection.  To design the HVAC system as per the requirements mentioned in the proposal through various stages like designing, fabricating and testing.
