My name is Guruprasad I have around 10 years working experience as a Site foreman in a readymix firm.worked with LafargeHolcim is a manufacturer of building materials which claims to be the largest in the world, with a presence in 90 countries and 115,000 employees.

 

Ensure that the projects develop according to plans develop by Engineers.
2. Inspect quality of work as it progresses.
3. Ensures that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
4. Responsible to train new employees of the construction crew.
5. Evaluate established members on a regular basis.
6. Conduct daily monitoring and checking at the plant-site.
7. Supervise manpower and give assignment as per requirement.
8. Assist on safety and health responsiveness.
9. Assessing job priorities and assigning employees to appropriate job sites.
10. Making sure employees have tools and equipment needed for job in order to ensure a good 
output.
11. Overseeing the work and making sure it runs smoothly and as per the plan.
12. Making sure safety precautions are followed including updating safety kits in case of any.
13. Giving clear directions to workers as to what needs to be done to avoid repetitive mistakes 
by the workers.
14. Perform other assigned task as required.
