My name is Marc lanuza, 21 years of age with vast IT experience. 2017 Graduate at APTECH, QATAR. Started my career as an IT intern in TEXAS UNIVERSITY AT QATAR and under the direction of my senior members, I monitored the overall security of the system. I currently work as an IT SUPPORT under the department of IT OPERATIONS where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen. Skills include cable management, troubleshooting computers, replacing equipments and placing asset tags on it, surplus old equipment, installation of requested and required applications in labs, faculty, researchers and staffs, re-imaging and updating windows, daily checking of labs and joining computers to the domain. Seeking for a challenging work environment where I can use my skills to the fullest extent.
