* 2 Years Experience in Qatar as steel structures fire proofing system Estimator and Quantity Surveyor.
*5 Years Experience in Sri Lanka as main contractor's Quantity Surveyor.
* Preparation of Quotations
* Preparation of BOQ* Estimating Material cost, Labour cost & Other costs.
* Taking of Measurements from Drawing and Site Measurements
* Preparation of Monthly invoices, Interim Payment Certificates and Final Invoices.
* Preparation of Day Works,*Extra Works and Variations Claims Conversant with
* Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Specifications, FIDIC Conditions.
Excellent Knowledge in Document Controlling ,
* Auto cad 2017 & MS Office, Prime avira P6.
