Summary of Qualifications

 Eight years’ experience in the construction industry which includes the execution & supervision of multistoried buildings, Road & MEP works. Expertise in quantity surveying and preparation of bill of quantities, monthly Interim Valuations, Cost Proposals for Variations & Claims.

In Post Contract & Site

Ø  Prepare the interim valuation for payment application.

Ø  Preparation of bill of quantities (B.O.Q).

Ø  Preparation & Submission of Sub-contractor payment certificates, invoices, etc.

Ø  Preparation of agreement and other related documents for sub-contractor’ packages.

Ø  Prepare and submit the variation orders (VO) with Quantity take-off, cost estimation (CE) and rate analysis with all supporting documents.

Ø  Quantity Take off from Drawing’s (Soft & Hard copy) / Site Measurement as Required.

Ø  Prepare EOT Claims.

In Pre contract:

Ø  Preparation of Tender documents including commercial and technical submission.

Ø  Tender technical and financial evaluation.

Ø  Preparation of Contract documents.

Ø  Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Bill of Items and Schedule of Rates based on the Client’s requirements

Ø  Preparation of pre-tender estimation.

Ø  Preparation of tender invitation.

Ø  Preparation of letter of award & Contract Agreement
