I Performed the following Responsibilities, during the above mentioned period

 

 

 

·         Fixed assets physical verifications of addition, deletions as per IAS-16 (Property, Plant and Equipment)

 

 

 

·         Physical stock take of inventory including (Raw material, Work in progress, Subcontractors stock held with them, Tech stores and Finished goods) as according to IAS-02 Inventories

 

 

 

·         Monthly Reconciliation of inventory shortage claims with Inventory Department

 

 

 

·         Review of GRN with the system.

 

 

 

·         To check the re-conciliation of Inventory with Accounts and to discuss issues, if any with their HOD.

 

 

 

·         Verification of the sales as per IAS-18 (Revenue), receivables and payables and their reconciliation

 

 

 

·         Monthly pre-audit of the overtime and salaries. And highlighting anomalies for correction before payment (As per IAS-19 Employees Benefits)

 

 

 

·         Compliance of all SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) of the company including major policies in general purchases, imports and expense claim vouchers.

 

 

 

·         Verification of the general purchase items and aging report to have control over payments to creditors.

 

 

 

·         Recommendations to management to strengthen the internal control by observing the processes, enquiring other employees and brainstorming.

 

 

 

·         Conferring with management, employees and general workers on wide range or internal audit issues.

 

 

 

·         Review of the payments to vendors.

 

 

 

·         Monthly cash counting & reconciliation with treasury & accounts of all payments.

 

 

 

·         Verification of Half yearly payables and receivables audit.
