Job Responsibilities: -

❖ Assist in developing proposals for improving customer satisfaction.

❖ Monitoring competitors and promoting parts sales.

❖ Contribute to the dealer’s parts and service marketing program.

❖ Assist in organizing the parts department to maximize the efficiency of the parts and service staff.

❖ Maintaining conditions of 5S in the parts department.

❖ Continuously strive to improve efficiency in the parts department.

❖ Track shortage of parts as per requirement and review on monthly basis.

❖ Cooperate closely and regularly with service department.

Parts Management Responsibilities: -

❖ Identifying spare parts Through part numbers and codes

❖ Careful handling of parts

❖ Fetching and placing the parts from and the bin locations correctly

❖ Knowledge of parts order details

❖ Ensuring that appropriate quality and quantity of part is received to parts order

 

❖ Checking the received part against order for any shipment discrepancies like short supply, damage of wrong supply and report the same to the concerned parts manager
