Description
§ Preparation of Income statement up to on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
§ Compile & analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly/annual accounts.
§ Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
§ Preparation of weekly account receivables, payable reports and aging analysis.
§ To ensure the preparation of key reconciliation statements e.g. bank reconciliation, supplier ledger reconciliation & customer ledger reconciliation & on time payments to suppliers and receipts from customers.
§ To ensure the proper recording of sales and purchase by reviewing source documents and proper cut off at month end.
§ Supervision of Payroll of employees and other benefits.
§ Dealing and meeting with key stakeholders’ e.g. key suppliers, customers, banks, insurance companies etc.
§ Preparation of valuation of Inventories (Raw material, Stores & Spares and Finished Goods) on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
