-Proper prior detail review of program of works for quick consultant/Client approval.

-Help to implement consultant/Client review comments for approval.

-Help to prepare recovery schedule to recover delays on the project

-Help to prepare Revised Baseline Program where there is variation on an ongoing project.

EXTENSION OF TIME:

-Delay analysis and preparation of complete detail narratives of all delay events. How and when it happened.

-Establishment of the impact of each delay event on contractors progress activities using Time Impact analysis.

-Complete preparation of Contractor's Extension of time claims in  a well justifiable manner that will grant the contractor time extension as contractually required.

Can also offer

1. correspondence writings on behalf of contractors on communication of events to client/consultant.

2. Reservation of rights for exctension of time claims.
