Junior Technical Data Intern- BMS 

• Coordinate all technical activities related to functioning of organization's business needs such as request for information (RFI) from clients and other technical correspondences.
• Support client of the CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management)portal, respond to raised Work Requests, analysis the scope of workdepute to corresponding team.
• Estimate and Assign Work Requests based on the duration of Work and requirement of additional costs
• Create Request for Equipment (RFE) document with all the supporttechnical documents to raise claim requests to client.
• Closely track the work requests closure percentage and follow up with respective team members to update the status of each with affection the organization KPI.
• Prepare technical documents such as pre-qualification technical submittal, Testing & Commissioning Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Project closure reports
• Areas of Knowledge: Network Topologies, IP Configurations, BMS Typical System Architecture, Signals Types, Communication Protocols(BACnet MS/TP, IP and Modbus).
• Field devices- DDC Controllers, Sensors, Transmitters, Actuators,VFD's, Pressure Switches etc
• Basic estimation, selection of DDC controllers, field devices, sensorsincluding active and passive sensors.
• Operating Principles of HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, VAV,Heat Exchangers, Chillers, Duct Heaters.
• Basic control logic creation for HVAC equipment using logic gates such as AND, OR, MUX, Timers, Latches etc.
• Creations of single line drawings, basic layout of DDC panels, equipment graphics.
• Basic technical trainings on front end software-Windows Server OS 2019, SQL server installation and configurations, databases etc.
• Introduction to CAFM tools, handling of Work Requests, Facility performance monitoring.

Data Science Analyst Student Intern

• Attending technical training with subject matter experts to gain more knowledge in preparing data for analysis, including cleansing, aggregating and manipulating the data to perform advanced data  analysis.
• Perform live data analysis using data visualization tools such MS Power Bi, Python and Excel.
• Work both independently and in a collaborative team environment with SME to successfully complete the allocated tasks with the time frame.
• Using Power BI to generate interactive power BI dashboards as per client requirements, perform data refresh and data modeling.
• To Model the required data and constructed new table structures to support reporting requirements.
• Using Excel to the maximum of its ability to support various data needs Performing data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data received.
• To gain more skills in gathering, analyzing data and trends and identifying gaps in data and being able to insert the missing information as required.
