- § Analyses and problem solving with regards to capacity unassessed wagons
- § In charge of customer migration towards booking capacity assessed wagons
- § Initiation, coordination, implementation and monitoring of sales related projects
- § In collaboration with the European Operations Center, successfully completed European-wide train monitoring optimization project aimed at increasing efficiency and overall customer satisfaction
- § Successfully coordinated a 3-year Voestalpine West Europe contract extension worth 30 million Euros for the transportation of steel coils and iron ore. This included the development of a new “Hub concept” to reduce transport times
- § Conceptualized, coordinated and monitored various optimization and efficiency projects aimed at supporting the Industry Sector meet its sales targets
- § Collaborated on study focused on the potentials in the combined transport segment for the industry sector metals and coal
- § Collaborated on a number of strategy papers for the industry sector, Sales and Marketing departments, as well as the DB Schenker Rail management board
