PROJECT ENGINEER / SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for ensuring the construction of project is in correct specification, meet the specified construction schedule, followed all details in construction plans, ensuring all part of the project is well documented (testing, submittals, shop drawing, etc.), ensuring the billing is based on the actual progress of work, and ensuring health and safety on site.

 

• Review and check of designed construction plans.
• Site supervision including electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural and firefighting works.
• Check, monitor and advice client on variation orders and change control.
• Approval on submittals from contractor and client with associated documentation.
• Arrange site meetings on weekly basis and when the client is required.
• Produce morning, daily, and monthly report using one of the approved programs from the client.
• Coordinate with the designer through the owner to prepare any missing items on the BOQ or any missing plan or details in the drawing.
• Check and file As Built Drawings and Shop Drawings.
• Monitor the Health and Safety on site.
• Approval on material submitted by contractor.
• Check and certify the steel structure drawing submitted by the contractor.
• Check and endorse payment to owner.

 

QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER

Preparation of quantities for required materials.

• Preparation of tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with the client.
• Perform value management and cost control
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress report
• Value completed work and arrange billings/payments.
• Understand the implication of health and safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and check structural tender and construction plans.
• Drawing of detailed structural shop drawings.
• Quantity Surveying / Preparation of bill of quantities for Architectural, Structural, and Plumbing.
