1Van salesman

"Maintains sufficient stock in the van in order to fill requirements of customers.

Promoting sales through regular visit to customer and retail merchandising. 

Ensuring the availability of the product at all retail point,

2Supervisor

"Brought new items into the outlets in order to increase sales

Oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality control of food products.

Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company must stock list. 

Experience : Must have 3 to 7 year experience in FMCG

3 Data entry

"Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.Typing speed and accuracy.

Proven data entry work experience minimum of 1 to 3 year."

 

"Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Performed other job-related duties as assigned.

5Accountant

"Assist Manager - Finance for overseeing proper classification and coding of income and expenditures.

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of transaction and reports.

Assist the day to day financial transactions of cash and bank related works.

Timely preparation of cheques, vouchers and all data entries for entire division/department under the supervision of division head.

Custodian of Petty cash and cheque and other original documents
