• Managing all subcontracting works (monitoring and controls) and developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material.
• Successfully implemented vendor development programmes including training for vendors.
• Experienced with inviting and allotting tenders, technical documents from vendors/subcontractors
• Experienced with implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage.
• Prepare Project baselines schedule and detailed plan
• Working knowledge of SAP
