FINANCE COMPETENCIES
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, prepare inhouse FS, prepare lead sheets and schedules for financial audit in compliance to IFRS/GAAP, corporate income tax filing, VAT, Withholding tax, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development of goals, internal control, priorities, market insights, and lead implementation and staff training
- Prepare strategic cash planning by optimizing credit facility deals, hedge funds, enhanced collection drives and payment negotiations
- Budgeting & Forecasting, research, business planning, financial modeling, investment valuation, and reading trends for macro and microeconomic analysis
- Manage the full cycle of Payroll activities & regulatory compliance, set-up KPIs and Balance Scorecard inline to annual performance evaluation, structure, and internal control implementation
- Submit & secure multi-million project facility with the bank while keeping net worth, gearing, and leverage within acceptable ratio
- Manage & control risk by providing insurance requirements to individual and group projects, fixed assets, and personnel. A timely report of incidents, claims, renewals with brokers
- Deliver portfolio performance and risk information for external compliance and regulatory bodies. Conduct data research, best practices and deliver analytical results and visualization to top management for insights in optimizing operational performance
PROJECT & LOGISTICS COMPETENCIES
- Track actual costs and expenses in the project. Provide insights in project planning and assigning project resources scrutinize payment application based on project baseline progress
- Effective coordination with stakeholders in providing information, manpower, and provision requirements meeting shipper/charterer’s vessel call turnaround target
- Provide project dashboard reports for monitoring and control of project progress using advance MS Excel, Tableau, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other management tools
- · Administer Tender and Contracts from inceptions to closure. Provide technical and financial insights in technical and commercial evaluations meeting total procurement objective
- · Provide initial risk assessment report, sighting mitigations with financial impacts
- With 10-years hands-on and ground port experience in shipping and forwarding activities, able to effectively mobilize materials, manpower, equipment, provisions and provide documentation and reports covering commercial, military, navy, and project activities
- Provide data analysis and financial matrix to aid Procurement in material planning, hedging proposals, and sourcing meeting total supply chain and logistic objectives
- Apply and coordinate trade finance settlement with international suppliers, reconcile and close
