Recruitment – Sourcing profiles, Bulk Hiring scheduling interviews & coordinating the joining formalities for all the on-role staffs deployed in various sectors like Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics etc.o Documentation & Salary Negotiation – Salary negotiation of employees along with on-boarding and background verification, Maintaining, updating, verifying employees database and personnel records.o Payroll – Employee salary calculation of more than 1000 plus Employees, Leave management, monthly statutory remittance. Acquired sound knowledge of Greythr HRMS.o Induction – Conduct orientation sessions related to company activities and HR processes to all new employees.o Statutory Compliance – Renewal of various licenses and employee complaints regarding salary or statutoryo Employee Engagement – Conducting some employee engagement activities to make satisfaction in a year.o Preparation / review of circulars, memos, forms, formats, etc, as and when are required.o Coordination Corporate HR events / programs.o Maintaining and updating employees’ database and personal records, Verify and Process records data of each employeeo Talent Acquisition for the assigned territories, geographical locations and functionalareas and the Employee Life Cycle Management.o Taking care of entire Talent Acquisition cycle of the organization across all levels-Junior, Mid-Level and Leadership Hiring.o Conducting exit interviews and processing timely full and final payouts for separatedemployees.o Collecting daily ,Weekly or Monthly timesheetso Preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
