§  Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.

§  Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.

§  Installing and configuring windows operating system 7, 8.1, 10

§  Installing and configuring MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016

§  Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches.

§  installing and configuring computer systems, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues hardware/software

• Support and maintenance of PCs, printers, scanners 

§  CCTV systems installation and configuration

§  Configuration of CCTV Mobile application

§  Configuration of VMS

§  Verifying camera location (height, viewing angle and lighting condition)

§  Installation and configuration of SMA TV

§  Site supervision and team leader

§  Plan and execute project in accordance with the Client specifications

§  Estimation of project needs of materials, manpower and execution time

§  Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet

§  Structure cabling

 

§  Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the CCTV peripherals
