A Business Oriented Hospitality Professional having 15+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and Guest Service/Restaurant Operations, with strong skills in restaurant maintenance and supervision. Currently I am working as an Operations Manager with U Burger/Cloud Kitchen/Robin New Project (The Coffee Shop Company) Qatar, previous to this I had worked with 800 Degrees Pizzeria Doha festival city Qatar, before this I had worked with The Yellow chilli By Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor Dubai previous to this I had worked with Four point Sheraton Mumbai India and before this I was working with Figs By Todd English (American Celebrity Chef) Kharafi Global Kuwait , prior to which I was working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Holiday inn Mumbai International Airport and before that worked with Taj Lands’ End Mumbai as an Team Leader and started my career as an Hotel Operations Trainee with The Grand Hyatt New Delhi and got my 6 months industrial exposure from Leela Palace Goa a Kempinski Resort.
I have completed my 3 years of Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality services from Indian Institute of Hotel Management and catering Bhubaneswar, I had the opportunity and privilege to work
with Hotel Software such as Showman, Micros, infrasys, opera, Fidelio, Restaurant Management and POS Billing System.
My cross exposure in Business Development and Sales, with an eye on increasing profitability while maintaining top quality service combined with my experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer relations, supplier relations, banquet &multi-cuisine restaurant supervision and service excellence has made me adept in maintaining in-process measures for the outlet & achieving monthly targets, thereby increasing the profitability of the brand.
