Myself, Shaikh Ashfaq Zakir Hussain, Graduate in BMS (Bachelors of Management Studies) is a Manager at Food / Beverages and Hospitality Industries from past 5 Years

Started working at Burger King as Team Member, Got Promoted to Team Leader in next 9 Month, later got Promoted to Training Champ in 6 Month, and Then got promoted to SHIFT MANAGER in 3 months

I have handled the Entire Store, Customer Handling, Staff Handling, Inventory Management, Profitability Shift Management, Cost of Labour , GRN Process , Receiving Process , NSF Audit , Store Setup according to Store SOP .

Later joined OlaFoods (Cloud Kitchen) as a Shift Manager and got promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager in 6 Month. Under this Management I am handling Store Performance, Staff Attendance & all the Admin work too.

Later I got an opportunity to enhance my skill & a position of assistant restaurant manager in leading QSR chain pizza hut , working as an ARM I look after the training of the team , the process follow up , smooth operation, indent process , cost control & other administrative work .
