I have a very strong interest in Quantity surveyor position. With experience working at both
real estate company and a steel pre-fabricated company as well as with activities in the site, I
have a diverse background with much to offer.
I have gained experience more than 5 years in construction projects including building
maintenance, and renovations and also I have gained experience in activities from inception
to completion of projects in high luxury apartments building construction as well as steel pre
fabricated buildings. I am conversant with the software’s ( Microsoft office packages, emails
handling & Auto Cad, MS project, SketchUp, Lumion) that maximize the efficiency and the
accuracy of the estimation process.
With my knowledge of Quantity Surveying & Draughtsmanship along with the experience and
ability to work hard, I sincerely hope that I will be an ideal candidate for the above post and
assure to serve your company, in the best of my ability if an opportunity is given.
And also I have completed Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Advanced
Technological Institute in Colombo which is comparable to a NVQ level 6 in SL as well as
Engineering Certificate Draughtsmanship at Lalith Athulathmudali Vocational Training
Center in Rathmalana Which is Comparable to NVQ level 4 In SL.
