Roles and Responsibilities:

▪       Preparation of various routine, periodical accounting reports.

▪       Preparation of monthly Operation Report.

▪       Preparation of periodical budgets & analysis of variances

▪       Analysis of daily accounting transactions and various ledger, sub ledger etc.

▪       Preparation of Intercompany & Bank reconciliation

▪       Inventory analysis and reporting.

▪       Verification of invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.

▪       Payable analysis and communicating with suppliers to avoid discrepancies.

▪       With Holding Tax processing.

▪       Preparation of Amortization schedule, Depreciation schedule & Accrual.

▪       Maintaining depreciation schedule for all Coded Assets in Qatar region.

▪       Quarterly Medical Cost analysis and processing medical insurance claims.

▪       Bank & Cash management.

▪       Coordinating with Insurance companies for vehicle fleet insurance processing 

▪       Reviewed and determined incorrect data in accounting entries

▪       Compiling and presenting monthly, quarterly reports to the Commercial Manager and acting as the focal point in preparing year-end financial reports.

▪       Coordinating with Internal and External auditors regarding tax planning.
