• Taking off Quantities, BOQ Preparation & Preliminary Cost Estimates

• Conduct field survey and verify the executed quantities Vs planned quantities

• Able to review and certify the subcontractor / vendor invoices and quantities

• Able to prepare accurate quantities / cost estimation for construction project.

• Determine material, labor and equipment requirement by evaluating project plans and specifications.

• Work with site engineers and contractors to ensure accurate project reporting / costing.
