In addition to that repair & maintenances of electrical tools & equipment used in construction.  DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC, Load Scheduling.  Cable sizing for light, power and motor system.  Electrical designing for lighting and power system.●       Analyzed and executed MEP drawing as per standard.●       Responsible for the take-off of quantities from the project drawings.●       Review / approval of material submittals based on technical specifications.●      Site supervision MEP work ensuring all MEP jobs and materials conformation.●       Monitor actual progress on site and prepare the progress reports.         ●       Designed & prepared MEP shop drawings, & As-Built drawings.●       Submission, discussion and approval of drawings●       Prepared request for inspection report and conduct inspection of MEP works together with the consultant.●       Coordinates with consultant/ representative and sub-contractor.●       Familiar with Fire alarm Systems.●       Study of shop drawings●         Timely completion of tasks with good quality to meet the project requirements.●         Review of O&M manuals, spare parts list, closeout documents and test reports.●         Preparing monthly payment interim invoices application based on work progress percentages and submit it for approval and payment follow up
