• Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions.

• Preliminary Design & Estimation for EPIC Projects (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and ELV)
• Material Take-off and BOQ Preparation.
• Pricing for bill of quantities based on rate breakdown analysis, experience and obtained quotations.
• Preparation of tender quarries and coordinate with consultant or client for further clarifications.
• Preparation of tender documents including commercial and technical for submissions.
• Updating of master database of vendor/subcontractor details and rate for MEP materials.
• Attending site visit and observing the site Progress.
• Preparation of rate built-up for the new items.
• Check/ Evaluate Sub Contractor's Monthly Payment Application & Prepare Payment Certificate Complete with all supportive Documents.

• Preparing Estimation of Cost. Managing Variations & Cost Claims by monitoring and assessing the changes and entitlement for sub-Contractor.
• Pricing of Variation Claims, Evaluation with Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders with Consultant in order to agree the cost.
• Developing of cost loaded programs, Cash flow & Manpower Histogram.
• Review Building Plans, Drawings, and Specifications & Ascertaining Scope of works for preparation of budget bill of quantities.
• Enquiry Process, Quotation Comparison and Pre-Award Meeting, Obtain Management approval for Various Sub-Contractor Packages.

• Attend various meetings such as internal management meetings, supplier meeting, subcontractors, consultants & client.

 

• Assist in Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant / Client Clarification.
• Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
