JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• To watch and inspect the site and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Sure that work is being carried out as designed and in accordance to standards.
• Attend and review all benchmarking meetings.
• Conducting regular job site inspections.
• Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work.
• Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.
• Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Engineer.
• Assist in the quality and safety audit. Identify and highlight possible risk on project

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:

• Track the schedule with actual dates on weekly basic
• Documentation of all correspondence/submittals
• Preparation / submission of Complaints/ppm activities close out report
• Ensure/Follow-up proper documentation of all checklists from site
• Report to project manager
• Provided consistent & effective technical support
• Support to technician on major trouble shooting of machineries.
• Responsible for machines periodic, preventive & breakdown services of all site machines
• Record keeping of repair & maintenance
• Monthly report making of machinery efficiency repair & maintenance cost
• Reports H.O & correspondence with the machine manufacturer representative regarding the failures under warranty
• Responsible for the supervision of a staff of one hundred seventy people within the service department
• Job allocation to the manpower.
• Site staff planning, Lead of plant & machinery Dept. in charge at Airport project.

• Total responsibility of PPM  jobs and activities Electrical, HVAC Equipment
• Operating and Responsibility of  Fire pumps and Fire Alarm System
• Operating and Maintenance & Control of BMS System software(TAC Vista &Niagara)
• Operating and Maintenance of AHUS ( 50TR To 80Tr)
• Operating and Maintenance of DX units and IDX   (10TR to 20TR )                                                  
• Operation and Maintenance of Fresh Air Fan & Exhaust Fan (Toilet, warehouse)    
• Erection & Installation of window A/C and split A/C
• Break down and Troubleshooting, Attending & Operate VFD pumps
• Ensure proper running order all systems currently logic test
• Conduct the mechanical test, hydro test, Flushing and compare with requirements for complicated.
• Maintenance of High pressure ball valve, Gate valve, Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Maintenance and lubrication of all types of valves installation of flange bearing and shafting blower fan.
• Maintain of RH and Temperature in Production Area (21°C to 24°C RH-45% to 55%)
• Responded to emergency situations, 24-7 On-call duty
