Job profile:
• Preparation of Accounts Payable statements.
• Generation of month end reports.
• Handling and rectifying errors if occurs in the PO.
• Processing of cheque payments for monthly payments.
• Verifying and posting of invoices.
• Vendor reconciliation
• Working with SAP ERP and OCR
• Record all the P O details on Excel work sheet as daily basis
• Input the customer details in the system for future
• Maintaining petty cash book.
• Preparing invoice for the Clients
• Prepares Time sheet and time cards for the employee
• Prepares Statement of profits from the Projects
• Prepares PO and Quotation for the clients
• Entering all petty cash details in tally on daily basis
• Preparing Stock inventory
• Recommending improvements to boost performance and         reduce cost
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses
   and improve effectiveness.
• Checking of stock on monthly basis.
