·        Experience in Design & Estimation in MEP Sector in the UAE and Qatar since last 15 years.

·        Well versed contacts with material suppliers & project clients.

·        A technically   proficient   construction   professional   with     experience   in compiling estimate for electrical installations of Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Industrial projects.

·        Skilled in design calculations, quantity take off, sizing and selection of electrical equipment and Load Calculation for various projects.

·        Site coordination, including setting goals and objectives, project development, knowledge in planning, organization, budget   monitoring, cost   control planning & operation.

·        Experience in material submittal, drawing submittal, method statement, quality plan etc.

·        knowledge in Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone System, Low Current System, HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage Works.

• Familiar with the various standards like IEC, BSEN, Ingress protection (IP ratings), NEMA, NFPA and local authority’s requirements for Electro-mechanical works.

·        Knowledge in contract agreement, drawings, specifications, BOQs, variation orders and Invoice preparations.

·        Grasping and analytical potential, swift in adapting to new ideas, technology and environment.

·        Self-motivated, team   player   highly   committed   to   assigned   responsibilities   with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
