KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Systems and Infrastructure Management:
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
Lead deployment and configuration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other critical applications.
Monitor system performance, and conduct regular updates, patches, and backups to uphold IT resource reliability and availability.
• Website and Digital Platform Management:
Develop and maintain front-end functionality of websites, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and usability.
Configure and support email services integral to web operations.
• Network Administration and Security:
Administer LAN/WAN environments and Active Directory services for efficient network operations.
Configure, troubleshoot and optimize network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance, implement upgrades, and maintain robust security protocols.
• IT Infrastructure Enhancement and Support:
Evaluate current IT infrastructure, and propose and implement enhancements to streamline operations.
Manage IT assets and inventory, and liaise with vendors for procurement and support services.
Provide comprehensive technical support, promptly resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administrative and Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Prepare and negotiate sales quotations, ensuring client needs are met with cost-effective solutions.
Deliver responsive and courteous customer support via various channels, fostering strong client relationships.
