Description

Manages day-to-day activities of projects EPC, Pre-Shut down, Shut down and Turnarounds. Having grip on Design, Procurement, FEED, EHSS, HSSE and Project management & Project Construction.
The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions such P&ID, isometric, lay out plans, detail drawing and as-builts.

• Study and review of P&ID, Pre-shutdown, Scope of job, Test pack, isometrics, layout plan, critical supports detail installation requirements.
• Coordinates work packs preparation by campaign shutdown team for pressure vessels inspection and repairs and with entities for other work packs.
• Have worked on Pressure vessel (Heat exchanger, Tower Column, Drums, Tanks, Furnace), pumps, (C.S, S.S, Alloys) Piping fabrication, erection testing and maintenance.
• Making plan and prepare ‘TO DO’ work on daily basis in advance for achieve target.
• Structure installation and supports of piping in erection.
• Engineering & construction experience in Gasification, NGL LNG, Fertilizer, Petro chemical and Power energy projects.
• Experience & demonstrated skills in identifying problems and determining solutions.
• Collaborative working style and consulting behaviors.
• Experiencing leading project teams.
• Good knowledge of documentation management software, e.g. SAP, Oracle, Aconex, Citrix, ERP, Documentum, etc.
• Strong analytics and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
