Specialized in overseeing and directing the construction of substructures (piling, mat, and pad foundations), superstructures from mid-rise to high-rise, architectural, and all types of fit-out work systems and infrastructure. Advanced knowledge in construction methods, bar bending schedules, and quantity surveying for Civil and MEP work. Strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) while adhering to quality standards, and health and safety regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
