  • Supervisor and execution of the operation and maintenance of electrical system such as MCB, ACB, UPS, Generator, Distribution Board, Panels, Promenade Street lights, CCTV, PA, AV, ACS & BMS System. Maintaining & Troubleshooting of Panels, control BMS system, HVAC system, package unit, split and window units and ELV system.
  • Investigation operation & manuals as per actual sites.
  • Follow up with sub-contractor for material submittals in line with aproved schedule.
  • Ensure that the project sub-contractor works are carried out in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings,agreed procedure and method statement.
  • Ensuring that the sub-contractor follows approved drawings for electrical work.
  • Implement all safety Norms and regulations as per company standard.
  • Prepare weekly progress report of works and forwarding the sameto the Eng.
  • PPM & Corrective maintenance of electrical system, LV system & security systems. Maintenance and operation of electrical system such as ATS, GENERATOR,UPS and Electrical DB's. Instalation, commissioning & handling over of CCTV,NVR and Network infrastructure.
  • Co-ordinate installs, inspect repairs and maintenance the ELV system and other related system in all project locations. Configuration, troubleshooting of Honeywell and lenel technologies with up gradation firmware's.
  • Annual maintenance of LV panel and major equipment's electrical panel components, connection retightening with torque wrench and contactor cleaning with assistance of specialized subcontractor. Dealing with ABB and SCHENEIDER electrical equipments.
  • Dealing with health and safety and PTW system. Supporting team in troubling shooting of control panels. Carry out electrical installation and maintenance work control panel wiring and troubleshooting.
  • DOL Starter, Star delta, Reverse Forward control and all kind of kitchen equipment maintenance. Responsible for waste reduction and documentation. Analyze machine breakdown, action plan excavation and reliability improvement from electrical point of view.
