Description
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including cash and bank payment verifications, while maintaining accurate accounting ledgers.
• Finalize statutory accounts, coordinate with vendors, and address any correspondence issues.
• Participate in the formation and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and month-end closing processes.
• Manage cash flows, conduct bank and credit card reconciliations, and prepare monthly management reports.
• Oversee financial statements, including trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheets, while reconciling vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date funds in bank accounts, allocate funds for timely clearance of post-dated checks, and prepare payments as per credit terms.
• Handle depreciation, reconcile assets, and coordinate with branches for vendor bills and expense vouchers.
• Assist in internal and external audits, resolving queries and providing necessary information.
• Conduct monthly physical verification of stocks, manage inventory, and support external auditors for ICV certification.
• Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law for WPS implementation.
CREDIT CONTROL / SALES ANALYSIS RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor day-to-day retail sales and credit sales, and generate invoices for trading, catering, and manpower clients.
• Prepare daily sales reports with budget figures, analyze sales by budget, products, situation, price, and customer reviews.
