implementation and including cost control measures.  Implement programs to oversee and monitor progress and success of
completion targets during the execution of the project.  Coordinate client’s project manager, construction manager, engineers and
inspectors for easy transition and close coordination for all activities and
quality assurance to avoid / reduce snag list later.  Coordinate closely with customer representative on all project
concerns and quality matters and quick resolve that matters.  Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site
QC inspector and site engineer and supervisors.  Chair the weekly site meetings with the presentation of progress report
to the clients / representatives; coordinate with the CM on all matters.  Check materials delivered are in accordance with the approved, stored
properly and control issuance and usage for the site purpose.  Monitor and record all raised inspections and make sure documents are
all protected and compiled of properly.  Knowledge in the Oil and Gas Sector work procedures and safety
requirements for each work items.  Handled Maintenance Commercial & Residential Building – Conduct
inspection, create feasibility study and scope of work (SOW), prepare Bill
of Quantity (BOQ), specification in accordance with local/project,
estimate budget cost and supervise the work.  Prepare the shop and Lifting Plan Drawings.
