Description

I am from India. I have done my Higher secondary education. I have overall work experience of 14 months in the customer support sector for ecommerce organizations in India. I have excellent communication skills, convincing skills, resolving the problems of the customer and provide a satisfactory response in terms of support. 

I believe in professionalism as this helps me to learn and grow in my profession.  I am a good learner too. I would love to learn new things and utilize them in the best possible way. 

I also have a basic knowledge of computer and have the typing speed of about 36-40 words per minute with atlest 95% accuracy. 

I am also physically fit and healthy to work at any condition. And I am Fitness freak too as I believe to have a sport in life to keep stress away. I believe that I will be shortlisted for a best role as per my abilities.
