    Assist superior engineers and supervise workers in the following works:

• Checking control wiring of different types of relays in control room.
• Troubleshooting on electronic and electrical systems.
• Power equipment testing and commissioning of CVT, PT, CT, SA, GCB, etc.
• Testing of transformer oil using BDV kit and Water content test kit.
• Taking meter reading of different meters.
• Replacing CVT, GCB, CT, SA, RVT in 400kV yard, reconnection of control cables.
• Overhauling and relay testing of CT.
• Shifting & reconnection of two 500KVA transformers, UG cable (XLPE) termination using heat shrinkable indoor kit, Cable crimping, cable laying.
• HOC of Main and OLTC tank of transformers.
• Taking thermal image of yard equipments.
• Preparation of various office records including Estimates for operation & Maintenance works.

PROJECTS DONE

• Main project    : Substation Security System Using RFID and GSM Technology.
• Seminar topic   : Partial Discharge Detection by RF Coil in Power Transformers.
