Through my education and professional experience, I have gained strong skills in Accounting with tally system, can manage the employees and short out their problems, and providing excellent service to customers. I am able to greet clients efficiently, resolve inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and provide prompt responses to phone or e-mail communication and written messages. I enjoy resolving complains of customers through my good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. I have worked as an Accountant at Techno Glass Co.W.LL which is a contracting company in steel and fabric.

In my education background, I have completed the Advanced Level in commerce scheme with good score. Moereover I have completed Diploma in Information Technology and Certificate in English Language. I have knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, database and web-based applications such as HTML, XML, CSS. I have also attached my resume with this.
