I have experience in the following catagories.
- Handeling petty cash and books of accounts month-wise.
- Recording of sales, purchases, payable, receivables and other day to expenses.
- Preparing and update reports for monthly Sales and Expenses.
- Preparing reconciliation statements such as bank, supplier and sales reconcilation.
- Preparing LC (Letter of Credit).
- Coordination with suppliers and daily follow up with sales persons for sales reports and daily cash deposits.
- Responsible for Administration duties such as stationary purchase and stuff for daily use.
- Preparing the Balance sheet at the end of the financial year.
Preparing the Trial balance when required. (Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly).
