Duties and responsibilities
- Documents financial transactions by entering accounts information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and support to prepare balance sheet, profit and loss account, and other reports.
- Performing general office duties and administrative tasks
- Performing posting of cash receipts, expenses, journals to ledger after verifying the accuracy.
- Reviewing sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense vouchers and other documents for corrections before entering into system.
- Preparing statement of accounts for accounts payables and reconciling the same with the suppliers.
- Managing banking transactions (cash sale deposit, cheque deposit, salary transfer through WPS).
- Preparing payroll of Labors Salary and Staff Salary.
- Preparation of inventory report at the end of the month after stock taking.
- Handling Petty Cash.
