- Training new employees with product related activities on software and company profile.
- Screening phone calls, emails, letters and personal visits.
- Giving a welcoming atmosphere to clients, visitors and providing them with detailed information.
- Developing reports for senior HR Officers on staff sick leave, absences and holiday leave.
- Inward all Incoming documents like Invoice, Quotation and Letters.
- Travel arrangements & organizing accommodation for senior managers.

- Completing all tasks in a timely, organized and professional manner.

Overview of the dept.:
As an associate was on calls collecting on delinquent accounts for RCF Outbound (Retail Consumer Finance) customers for GE money bank of customers in the US for Early Stage accounts and later moved to Late Stage Collections.
