I am Lubega Abdul chef with 4 years exprience in Doha.I do menu development,invetory,ordering, supervising and mentaining kitchen standards.
Recipe developing for Burgers and sauces.Wastage manangement inorder to reduce on the cost.well familair with the POS and can help the front of the kitchen with recieving orders and making ticket settlement.I do monthly invetory and i work very good even if manage is absent or is in vacation and the restaurant doesnt reflect his or her absent. I'm well knowledgeable with the kitchen and i can train and suppervise other staffs and we over come Baladiya issues as a way of controlling fines to the company
