I am writing this letter as an introduction of myself for the Job Opportunities in the Field of Food Technology. I am looking for opportunities to use my knowledge and experience in food processing analysis and quality assurance. I am a well experienced with analysis and quality assurance of food product especially in dairy product. I am very excited to have a chance to work and contribute my knowledge and experience in respected entity. I have visited many prestigious dairy processing industries and National Research Institutions. During my studies and training periods, have acquired enough technical knowledge and skills which lead to have deep understanding and experience in Quality Assurance in Food Industries. I have employed as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Koralai Dairy Development Society Ltd – Sri Lanka and also experienced as a Safety, Quality Assurance Assistant and Lab Technologist at M/s. Highland Milco Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka.
