Position: Sales Executive in a Sales & Distribution company.
Products: Outdoor & Indoor Toys and Baby products
Job Responsibilities
- Sales
- Identify and target potential customers to increase product sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on the company’s product line and features.
- Promote products by presenting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
- Work closely with distribution and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and highlight any challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory status.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills
1. Driving License: Qatar driving license is a must for local candidates. Any GCC country license for outstation candidates.
2. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch products, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
3. Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication to connect with clients and team members. Along with English, knowledge of other languages prevalent in GCC markets will be an advantage.
4. Customer Service Orientation: Prioritize customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
5. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion/ toys or FMCG company.
- Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
