Description
We are seeking an experinced Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C channels in the automotive lubricants industry. This role focuses on channel sales support, retail marketing, digital & social media campaigns, brand positioning, and promotional activities to drive market growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:1. Channel & Retail Development (B2B & B2C)
- Support and grow distributor, retailer, and workshop networks.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives and loyalty programs for partners.
- Enhance retail visibility through effective POS materials & in-store branding.
- Manage social media content, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop SEO & SEM strategies to enhance online brand visibility.
- Monitor and manage online reputation & customer feedback.
- Run email marketing & lead-generation campaigns for fleet owners, workshops, and industrial buyers.
- Organize corporate events, networking meets, and partnerships.
- Develop case studies, product presentations, and technical marketing materials.
- Execute brand positioning strategies & new product launches.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Create technical training materials & product guides for sales teams.
5. Promotions, Pricing & Sponsorships
- Plan and execute discount programs, seasonal promotions, and bundle offers.
- Identify and manage sponsorships & brand partnerships.
- Organize participation in automotive expos, dealer conferences, and industry events.
- Plan and execute mechanic workshops, training programs, and promotional activations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive lubricants or aftermarket industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of channel sales, retail marketing, and distributor engagement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven marketing strategies.
