ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR TRANSPORTATION DIVISION
- Should have experience in Qatar or GCC
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Arrange, organize, and coordinate
- Directs his staff in coordination and planning of support services to other departments such as risk managements, information systems, purchasing, facilities maintenance, vehicle operations, property management, communications and telephone services.
- Develop and implement department policies, procedures and regulations; conduct management studies, and systems and procedure analyses regarding various department operations
