Description
· To represent and to promote the brand SETCO in the local market.
· To work-along and lead the sales team to generate revenue and to achieve the defined monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
· To provide ON TIME response to customer queries and clarifications and to render excellent customer service at all the time.
· Relationship management with the existing and new customers.
· To append new customers and to update, validate and maintain the customer database.
· Responsible to provide market intelligence & insight on new projects, products and potential customers.
· To support and coordinate with the accounts/finance dept. on account receivables.
· To support SETCO to achieve the overall organisational strategic goal and the continuous improvement initiatives.
